  • StrongeRTogether February 16, 2026 by OSRC Webmaster

    StrongeRTogether
Respiratory therapists’ impact on patient care and healthcare delivery is undeniable. Whether it’s talking to a student, encouraging a member to speak at a conference, mentoring a new grad, or simply sharing the “why” behind what you do, you have the power to spark and grow this career for someone else.

How can we make this happen?

    • Promote our profession by sharing stories of what it means to be an RT on social media, at your organization, and in your community.
    • Support HOSA and get involved with schools to spark student interest.
    • Mentor students and guide them through the credentialing process.
    • Advocate for RT recognition at every level, so future professionals see the importance of our work.
    • AARConnect – share your knowledge and questions with your colleagues by using our online community.
