RHODES STATE COLLEGE POSITION POSTING
POSITION:
Adjunct Instructor, Respiratory Care
This position reports to the Chair, Health & Diagnostic Services
One academic semester, dependent on teaching needs.
Summary of Duties:
This position supports Zane State College and will provide clinical and/or laboratory instruction in the Zanesville and Columbus, Ohio areas.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide instruction in laboratory material and laboratory techniques for the respiratory program.
- Provide instruction and conduct classes in accordance with the philosophy of the college and within the scope of a defined course of study.
- Help students with coursework.
- Prepare, distribute, and submit syllabi for all assigned sections in accordance with department and divisional policies.
- Evaluate and return student work in a timely manner to promote student learning.
Education & Certifications:
Required: An Associate’s Degree in Respiratory Care and Registered Respiratory Therapist credential.
Preferred:
Previous teaching experience
