    The Ohio Society for Respiratory Care is pleased to announce the return of the Recruitment and Retention Virtual Lecture Series Program for 2023- 2024. 


    This virtual program was created in response to Ohio’s Respiratory Therapy workforce shortage and is focused on sharing best practices for recruiting new students into the respiratory care profession and discuss strategies to retain our existing respiratory therapy workforce with Ohio Respiratory Managers and Educators.  

    We have several great topics planned for 2023 to kick off this informative series. We hope you can join us!
