“The Respiratory Care Interstate Compact Legislation: What does this mean for you?”

This project is funded by the Department of Defense and supported by the American Association for Respiratory Care. The goal of the Interstate Compact is to improve public access to Respiratory Therapists. It will allow Respiratory Therapists licensed in Ohio to practice in other Compact Member States if they join the Compact.
Ohio is about to introduce legislation to become a member of the Respiratory Care Interstate Compact (RCIC). You will want to understand the advantages and opportunities this offers.
