Temporary position at $70/hour. This role is limited to a maximum of 1,000 hours within a rolling calendar year. The initial review of hours worked and eligibility for extension will occur at 120 days, with the possibility of continuation based on performance results and staffing needs.

Advanced Respiratory Care Practitioner
The Advanced Respiratory Care Practitioner (A.R.C.P.) has completed the National Board for Respiratory Care, Registry examination (R.R.T.), and is experienced in both routine and advanced critical respiratory care. Practical knowledge of the anatomy, physiology, and pathophysiology of the cardiopulmonary system is required to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients receiving Respiratory Care. The Advanced Respiratory Care Practitioner must demonstrate clinical application and theoretical knowledge consistent with the current literature and accepted practice of the profession, in the principles of cardiopulmonary disease and appropriate treatment, over the life span of the patient.
