Manager Respiratory Care
Under the direction of the Director of Respiratory Care and the Medical Director of Respiratory Care, the Manager of Respiratory Care develops and implements plans for comprehensive respiratory care management of the patients in the General Pediatric Units, Critical Care Units, Emergency Department and on Transport. Duties include: Personnel management of team leaders and pediatric staff, staff development and education, performance improvement, clinical and administrative responsibilities, including administrative call. This position is an evening/night shift flex position.
Education
Bachelor’s degree is required
Experience
3+ years of pediatric, general care and critical care experience required. Neonatal Experience is preferred.
Certification:
RRT: Registered Respiratory Therapist – National Board for Respiratory Care required.
License:
Licensure to practice in the State of Ohio required.
