Basic Function:
The College of Applied and Technical Studies is seeking candidates for a full-time non-tenured track position to teach undergraduate respiratory care courses in a COARC accredited associate degree respiratory therapy program. This position will be responsible for directing and coordinating clinical education experiences in the program, and include teaching, clinical and lab coordinating, and clinical supervision of students in a respiratory care program.
Minimum Qualifications:
This position requires a bachelor’s degree and must hold a valid Respiratory Therapy (RRT) credential and current license as an RCP in Ohio. Minimum of four (4) years of experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist with at least two (2) years in clinical respiratory care. Have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience teaching either as an appointed faculty member in a CoARC accredited respiratory care program or as a clinical instructor/preceptor for students of such programs.
